Nail Art: Sally Hansen Nail Polish Strips

When I have my nails painted anything involving my hands suddenly looks so much better, pointing, typing, texting, and everything in between. It's amazing how such a small change can make a difference.

I had seen this nail trend  a while  back on several friends, I was impressed on how great they looked and  how long they seemed to last.

Because I have mixed reviews about this product I have decided that the best way for me to describe my experience with my experiment is with a Pros and Cons list.

Cons:
  • The process can be a bit tedious, but once i caught on it became faster and easier.
  • My nails grow so fast that the edges kept catching on my hair and fabric. Applying a clear coat seems to resolve that issue.
  • Edges started to chip faster than expected.
  • The pattern got old very fast and I got the urge to remove it. So make sure you pick a pattern that you really like.
 Pros:
  • A fun way to decorate your nails. Really seems to add a pop of pattern.
  • Inexpensive
  • Great selection of colors and patterns to choose from.
  • I received tons of complainants.
  • Long lasting compared to traditional nail polish
Overall, I really enjoyed this experiment and would defiantly try it again. I would just be more conscious of the pattern or color I pick.
